Over the next few months, I bought creams, lotions, cellulite brushes, pills, and anything else that promised to rid my body of cellulite! I even spent over $200.00 on a machine that swore it would instantly reduce my cellulite, yep it didn’t!

I didn’t know what to do. I had tried almost everything possible and nothing seemed to work. Not only did it not work, my cellulite seemed to get worse with each product I tried!

I began to believe that there was nothing available that could truly get rid of cellulite, short of some kind of expensive surgery or procedure that I could not afford.

I couldn’t give up even though I was very depressed. There had to be something out there that could help. I started reading books, articles and browsing the internet trying to gather as much information as possible about cellulite.

I thought if I researched it enough I could come up with a cure. I don’t know what made me think I was going to figure it out if the educated research wasn’t already there, but I had to try.

I learned a lot about the causes of cellulite. It seems the main cause for me was too much salt in my diet, too little fiber and too little fluids!

If I had known that earlier, I could have eaten less salt, I could have eaten more fiber, and I would have drank tons of water!

Even though I had studied day after day, for weeks and weeks, I still had no idea how to get rid of cellulite on my thighs, legs, or anywhere else! I still didn’t stop looking for information. I was determined to get my body back! I really wanted to be able to wear my shorts or my favorite mini skirt again, and I wanted to look and feel good while doing it!

That’s when I discovered the real secret to getting rid of cellulite on the thighs, stomach, legs, arms, and yes, even the buttocks area! No, I didn’t invent this drug, but I did eventually find it.

It seems that exercise is the real medicine, but beware that no old exercise will work against cellulite! There are certain exercise routines that will really get rid of your cellulite fast.

Doing the wrong moves can make your cellulite look even worse than when you started. That was a mistake I made. I had no idea that I had been sabotaging myself with my exercise routine!

Brisk walking is a great exercise to help get rid of cellulite on the legs and thighs, as is jogging. All aerobic exercise helps to burn fat from the hips and thighs, even swimming helps.

Targeted invigorating exercise is also part of a real cellulite treatment. Both the squat and the lunge naturally help to remove cellulite from the thighs, hips, legs and buttocks.
