Pea Pod Infant Travel Bed Compared to Little Life Infant Baby Travel Bed
We live in Canada and our son Holden is now just over a year old. We travel a lot – on trips to grandma and grandpa, to see other family members – so having a portable crib for our son is important.
Until Holden was about nine months old, he slept in the Little Life (LittleLife) Infant Travel Bed. Some of our friends have used the Pea Pod (PeaPod) travel cot for babies.
I thought it would be interesting to compare the two beds.
Little Life Baby Travel Bed (LittleLife)

- Ease of installation: Easy installation and storage by one person
- Access to baby: The side panels can be easily opened for quick access to the baby.
- Good ventilation: Mesh panels that will allow good air circulation.
- Lying surface: Removable quilted lining, soft to the touch but firm, offering good support for baby. The padded liner is removable, making it very easy to clean.

Pea Pod travel cot (PeaPod)

- Fold the waist: 35 cm in diameter x 12.7 cm in height or 14 in. in diameter x 5 in. in height

- Ease of installation: Easily installed by one person – can be difficult to store.
- Access to baby: The side panels can be easily opened for quick access to the baby.
- Good ventilation: Mesh panels that will allow good air circulation.
- Lying surface: The inflatable mattress helps protect baby from the cold and provides a comfortable place to sleep. Inflating the mattress means it takes longer to set up the bed. An air pump comes with the bed.
