Her favorite ways to get them are in cookies and also in chia fresca, which is a drink that has the whole seeds added to it. He doesn’t have it every day, but as needed.

My brother, who is in his fifties, is a vegetarian. He loves that chia seeds are high in protein and a complete protein source, which is important for vegetarians. As you can see, we’ve all noticed the benefits of adding chia seeds to our diets. Even as little as a dessert spoon of these seeds per day can yield good results. None of us noticed any ill effects from eating them.
