1. Don’t drink your calories.

It is definitely better than just drinking sodas and other high calorie drinks. You can easily save yourself 200 or more calories a day…or about 2 pounds a month.
2. Plenty of protein and plenty of fiber is the way to go
You probably already know this, but you have a hard time implementing it. Well, here’s a start for you. Black beans… each can has no sugar, low calories, 25 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber. At 48 cents a can a day, it would be the perfect way to get a flat stomach and lose weight. You can cook black beans in 5 minutes.
3. 5-6 small meals are better than 2-3 large meals
The reason more meals are better is because every time you eat, the digestive process increases your metabolism to digest the food. So the more often you eat, the faster your metabolism will be. Now be reasonable. This is not a license to just keep eating and eating…especially bad foods like chips, crackers, etc. Although eating often speeds up your metabolism, it cannot completely cover up such dietary mistakes.
4. Eat breakfast no matter what
Breakfast is key to your day for weight loss. You just woke up hungry in your sleep. Your body needs food for energy and to start your metabolism. Even if you’re not hungry, eat something. Eggs are by far the best choice.
