  • Keep your weight under control– You really need to check your weight! Obesity is epidemic in this country (USA), as well as in the rest of the world. Weight management goes hand in hand with getting the right amount of exercise, do the latter and the former will take care of itself (although limiting your calorie intake may be a good idea.)
