If you are a steak lover, it might not be the best thing to eat it every single day, but once or twice a week. Those who know me personally know that chicken wings with pizza are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. In a perfect world, where I wouldn’t gain weight and my arteries wouldn’t clog, I’d be happy to eat it several times a week, well, every day. However, I know that these are not the healthiest foods, so I drink them 2-3 times a month. I don’t give up my favorite foods, I just eat them in moderation so that I don’t end up overweight.
