It’s not that hard to get laser focus to easily develop a good workout routine. You see people who can walk into the weight room and just lift weights all day without looking away. Let me tell you an interesting story about myself and how I overcame the “fan” type syndrome where you admire everyone else working in the weight room when you should be yourself.
