Who Needs Magnesium?

I quickly realized that people probably don’t need a magnesium supplement if they eat a few servings of nuts, seeds, whole grains, beans, leafy greens, milk, yogurt, and fortified foods, all of which are good sources of this product. You can even provide water (tap, mineral, bottled). Although, unfortunately, many of us don’t eat all the foods that can help, do we?
