To deal with high stress levels EVERYONE MUST take deep breaths. There is no way. It works. If you think this is only for weird people, get over it.

Breathe deeply for at least 6-10 minutes a day. Whether you just do a simple big inhale and big exhale, or do more complex breathing like a big inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, then a big exhale for 5 seconds…it doesn’t matter. Just do it.

2. Get more sleep

Study after study proves that the more you sleep (within reason), the more weight you lose. Without adequate sleep, your body will not function at an optimal level.

First, if you want to rotate, do it clockwise. Imagine a clock with the hands on the floor and you in the middle. Ok, now rotate the same way the hands are moving.

Second, when you spin, make sure you stop where you feel a little dizzy.

For the first time, you won’t be able to tell when you’re a little dizzy and when you’re completely dizzy. It takes a few tries to spin. So I suggest you stop at 5 spins and see how your body responds. If OK, then add 2 more spins to the next set. Etc.

Find the “SWEET SPOT” area where you feel slightly dizzy. This will increase with practice. Personally, I’m at 10-20 spins.
