Height and Weight of Susan Lucci – Why Suzy Ain’t Normal

Did you know that Susan Lucci, the Emmy-winning star of the soap opera “All My Children” and Daytime’s Leading Lady, is 5’2″ and weighs only 95 pounds?

It is small!

That’s even less than the ideal weight for a “small frame” for his height, which is 105 pounds. And somehow magically it suits him. She has never looked emaciated or, worse, anorexic.

For 14 years, Susan has been a huge fan of Pilates – a fitness program that focuses on breathing, muscle tone and flexibility.

2. Exercise regularly.

Even if you spend an extra half hour walking the dog; even if you park farther from the entrance to your workplace, your home, or the grocery store only to have heart failure; even if it’s just a 20-minute walk around your block or neighborhood, you need to get up, get outside, and get going.

Losing weight isn’t just about cutting out certain foods. It’s also about action.

3. Eat more often.

Don’t starve yourself all day, instead “reward” yourself with a big meal late in the day. Eat smaller meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism high and hunger at bay.

4. Go natural. 

Now it’s not about twigs and berries. But too many of us want quick, pre-packaged meals that we can cram down quickly to scramble through our busy schedules.

And it’s not good for you. Choose fresh and healthy foods, i.e. a piece of fruit instead of a Fruit Roll-Up or a Pop Tort.

5. Love your body!

Don’t kill yourself trying to lose Susan Lucci’s weight. Her weight is good for her. She has a small frame. Your body probably isn’t like hers – and that’s a good thing, because you’re beautiful.

If you have large breasts or a booty to spare, some of them will definitely come off after you’ve lost excess weight. But you have to love who you are because that will help the process go much faster.
